Learn the basics of Raqs Sharqi (oriental dance) AKA "belly dance." During this 40-minute pop-up class, students will learn basic technique for Egyptian belly dance. Students will also begin to understand arms, movement quality and cultural understanding of elegant oriental dance. Don't miss this chance to learn more about Zahra's regular classes. This class focuses on Raqs Sharqi (oriental dance) AKA "belly dance." During this class,students will learn basic technique for Egyptian belly dance. This class is great for those wanting to strengthen their core, improve their posture and gain confidence, while learning a beautiful art form. Open to adults and teens!
SharQui - Belly Dance Fitness - 7pm-7:40pm

Fall in love with SharQui -- a cardio dance class that combines traditional belly dance with high energy fitness! In a SharQui class, you’ll learn new moves and combinations while continuously moving. You’ll gradually build up to more complex movements starting with the very basics – your feet! If you can walk in place, you can bellydance with SharQui. Great for beginner level students, those looking for a dance workout class, or experienced dancers wanting to build stamina. Open to adults and teens!
